How do I create an account on Gigger?

To get started create your Gigger account and submit your Upwork profile link. We will verify your account and will confirm your account. If you are not happy with the Gigger platform for any reason, you can cancel your account at any time.

How do I set up my offer for partners?

You need to register on the platform and setup your offer terms. Then, set the affiliate commission rate, and chose whether they get rewarded for the first contact only or for all the contract with the client they bring in.

Can I customize affiliate rewards?

Yes, freelancers have the flexibility to set and manage rewards for affiliates through the platform.

How do I track projects generated through Gigger?

Gigger offers an affiliate tracking tool allowing freelancers to automaticaly monitor and manage projects that originated from the affiliate platform in their dashboard.

How can I earn money by referring other freelancers with Gigger?

Ask them to share their Gigger offer link with you. Follow the instructions on our website to create your unique affiliate link. Use the link to refer the freelancer to your network. Use Gigier dashboard to monitor results and rewards.

How can I ask my clients to refer me and get a commission for new contracts?

Share your unique Gigger link with them. You can generate it in your Gigger offer page. They will see the terms of your offer and further instructions. Track their performance in the Gigger dashboard.

What happens if my project is canceled by a client? Do I still have to pay the affiliate reward?

In the case of project cancelation or other issues, you need to submit a prove (i.e. Upwork screenshot). After we verify your prove your affiliate reward is canceled.
